Michael R. Mushkin


Mr. Mushkin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University School of Business With High Distinction in 1976 and a Juris Doctorate in Law in 1979 from Georgetown University where he participated in the Justice Department Honors Program.

An experienced litigator in bench and jury trials, Mr. Mushkin has successfully litigated numerous complex civil cases, including condemnations, partitions, contract disputes, construction defects, real property issues and landlord-tenant disputes. He has earned his reputation of being a powerful negotiator and strategist who gets the best result for his clients. Mr. Mushkin has negotiated, supervised and closed acquisitions and sales of overĀ one (1) billion dollars in commercial and residential properties, has been involved in several business refinances and restructures, and has represented diverse interests in Zoning, Planning, and Use Permit applications in Clark County, Nevada.

Michael Mushkin regularly conducts seminars on behalf of the National Business Institute, on topics including Nevada foreclosures and repossession, UCC, and Federal bankruptcy issues.
